Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
Every recipe that I have found for Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce never uses the whole can so here are some ideas on how to use up the rest.
2 lb stew meat
10oz Enchilada Sauce
3 tbs Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (ground up)
Directions
-Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours
NOTES: If sauce is too thin add Corn Starch and hour before serving to thicken it up
1 cup Lawry's Santa Fe Chili Marinade
4 chicken breasts
3 tbs Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (ground up)
1 tbs Taco Seasoning
Directions
-Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours
-Shred Chicken before serving
Plain Hummus
Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (ground up)
Directions
-Place a spoonful of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (ground up) on top of hummus and enjoy
