Labor Day 2013
Its not Labor Day without a BBQ so that's exactly what me and Eddie had for dinner last night.
We grilled up some burgers and threw some fries in the oven using my simple trick to make them tasted fried even when they are actually out of the oven :)
Ingredients
Frozen Bag of Fries
Vegetable Oil
Cooking Spray
Seasoned Salt
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2) Coat Bottom of a Baking Sheet with Oil
3) Add Fries in a single layer
4) Spray with cooking spray then an even layer of seasoned salt
5) Cook for 20 minutes on the bottom rack @ 450 degrees
6) Move Fries to top rack and Broil on High for 2 minutes
NOTE:
*Quick BBQ Tip: Split a pound of seasoned burger meat into 4 patties and BBQ 6 minutes per side
