Cheesy Garlic Bread Rolls

Last night I had left over pizza dough in the fridge that I needed to use up

Usually I'll make a mini pizza or pizza roll ups but I didn't have pepperoni and knew just cheese wouldn't impress the boys (husband and brother-in-law) so i decided to jazzy up the cheese with some garlic and see what happens

These ended up being Eddies favorite thing ever AKA "Fire" (in his words) and a recipe that will be sticking around for a while

Cheesy Garlic Bread Rolls

Ingredients
Pizza Dough
Butter
Minced Garlic
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Directions
1) Roll Out Dough
2) Top with Butter - Garlic - and Cheeses
3) Roll Up and place in Fridge for 15 minutes
4) Slice Up
5) Bake on Pizza 2 for 20 minutes (about 400-425 degrees)

Copy Cat - Wingers Rebel Sauce

Since getting a fryer as a wedding present - Fried Naked Wings have definitely made their place into our favorite dinner/party foods. Here in Utah we have a restaurant called Wingers that has one of the best sweet, sticky, spicy sauces that we have ever tried. Wingers does sell their original sauce at the various grocery stores in the area but being the spice lovers that we are we prefer it a little bit spicier (AKA Rebel sauce at the restaurant) which is not sold in stores. However thanks to Pinterest I have found a few copy cat recipes on  Chef in Training  and  Six Sisters Stuff  that feature the original recipe and have adjusted them into a spicier version. Reese's Peanut Butter Egg Cookies

I threw an event at work saturday and didn't realize until midday sunday that I forgot the leftover chocolate in my car. Normally this wouldn't be that big of a deal but 1) it was good chocolate (reese's peanut butter eggs) and 2) it has actually started to get hot FINALLY!! and the chocolate was melted. Eddie wanted me to make cookies to bring to work Wednesday so I decided to freeze the peanut butter eggs, cut them up, and throw them into a cookie :) Reese's Peanut Butter Egg Cookies Ingredients: 1 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 12 Reese's Eggs (chopped) Directions: 1) Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees 2) Cream butter and sugars 3) Add Egg and vanilla 4) Add Flour  (1 cup at a time), baking soda, and salt 5) Stir in Reese's Eggs 6) Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes NOTE: -Mix makes about 46 cookie
