Eddie's New Favorite Cookies

For anyone that doesn't know Eddie LOVES everything Mint Chocolate and as of lately these are his new favorite . . . made them Friday night and they are apparently better then Mrs.Fields!! I don't know about you but I think that's a pretty big compliment! So, here's the recipe for you too try too . . .

Eddie's Chocolate Mint Cookies Ingredients:
-1 Box of Pillsbury Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
-1 Stick of Butter
-1 Egg
-York Pieces

1) Pre-Heat Oven to 375 degrees
2) Mix the cookie mix, room temperature butter, and egg together until fully mixed (If mix is a little to dry add in a few drop of water stir and repeat untill moist)
3) Drop by big spoonful onto a cookie sheet
4) Bake for 10 minutes
5) Pull out of oven and immediately top with the York Pieces
6) Let cool completely

*me and eddie like our cookies a little soft and under baked and ten minutes does that perfectly . . . if you like them harder cook for a few minutes longer

Married for 4 Weeks!!!

As of today me and Eddie have offically been married for 4 weeks. Every one keeps asking us if we feel different and TRUTHFULLY. . .  we don't! Don't know if that is a bad thing or a good thing but do know that it is totally weird calling Eddie my husband . . . don't know how long it will take it get used to that one LOL. . .

Anyways in the spirt of being married for 4 weeks its probably time to start posting some wedding pics so here you go. . .
