Raspberry Lime Vodka Sodas

Ever since we came back from Chile me and Eddie have been obsessed with sparkling waters. Our favorite is the Blue Italy from Trader Joe's but our local stores don't seem to carry it any more so we have been trying the other brands out there and stumbled upon Arrowheads to new line that come in a lot of different flavors

So far it has been good with the Raspberry Lime being a awesome new flavor I haven't seen any other brand do
We mixed it last night with some vodka for a flavored spin on a vodka soda and it was a yummy refreshing drink

Fill a cup with ice - add 1-2 shots of vodka - then fill with sparkling water

Bacon Cheeseburger Burritos

Last night for dinner I was planning on making Burgers but I got home late from work and me and Eddie were both hungry - so we decided to throw it all in a tortilla

Surprisingly it was actually pretty good! The tortilla acted like the bun and each bite had a little of everything (meat - cheese - bacon) . . . I know it sounds a little weird but don't knock it until you try it

Bacon Cheeseburger Burritos
Ground Beef
Shredded Cheese

1) Cook Ground Beef with your traditional burger seasonings (I used seasoned salt - pepper - onion powder - garlic powder)
2) While ground beef is cooking - Cook the bacon
3) Fill a tortilla with ground beef - cheese - bacon and roll up

Review: Oasis of the Seas with Royal Caribbean (June 6,2015 sailing) Part 2 - The Ports

We did the 7 night Western Caribbean leaving from Fort Lauderdale and visiting Labadee, Haiti - Falmouth, Jamaica - and Cozumel, Mexico.
Fort Lauderdale: We arrived a day early and stayed Friday Night at the Embassy Suites in Fort Lauderdale. Around this hotel isn’t much too do but there is a shopping center behind the hotel with shops and restaurants to check out and the main reason we stayed here was for the Happy Hour with free drinks and snacks from 5:30 to 7:30PM and the free Hot Breakfast in the morning before check out. The Hotel also offered a shuttle right to the airport for about $7 per person which made getting to the ship quick and easy
Labadee, Haiti: This is a private resort with free food and drinks - have a drink package and those drinks are free too. Quickly learned my lesson here that with the Premium Drink Package you can't order a diet coke and bottle of water at the same time BUT can order a Rum/whiskey and Diet with a bottle of water - not sure how that makes…

Review: Oasis of the Seas with Royal Caribbean (June 6,2015 sailing) Part 1 - The Ship

This year I am turning 30 . . .ahhh!! So to celebrate in style (and forget that I will be an old fogey here very soon) this past week Eddie and I traveled through the Western Caribbean on Oasis of the Seas with Royal Caribbean. We had an absolute blast - It was a vacation of a lifetime. There were things we loved and things we hated and wayyyy more than anyone could ever see and know about the ship and ports so I decided to write up my own little review and give you all some insight of our past week.
This ship is HUGE - there was so much to do and see and even with 7 nights on the boat there was a ton that we missed. The biggest things that I wanted to do but never seemed to be dressed correctly to do when they were open was Rock Climbing (enter from Deck 6) - Zip Line (Deck 15) - and Ice Skating (Deck 4) . . . For all of these you need to be wearing closed toed shoes, socks (ice skating and zipline), and/or long pants (ice skating) most of the time during the day me …
