Made this yesterday for the first time for Ezra for Lunch – not sure if I’ll make pasta any other way. Was so easy and no boil over lol Mac and Cheese: Ingredients: Pasta Water Pinch of Salt Jar of Cheese Sauce  Shredded Cheese Directions: 1)  Place as much Pasta as you want into the pot and add enough water so its close to but NOT covering the pasta 2) Put on top and make sure the steamer is Sealed 3) Cook on manual for half the time in instructions on the box/bag 4) Release steam as soon as its done 5) Most of the water should be absorbed but it not let it sit for a bit then add sauce and shredded cheese 6) Serve as is or throw into a baking dish top with extra cheese and bread crumbs and bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes then broil the top

I love sandwiches and love the idea behind 300sandwiches.com . . . me and eddie could have had a similar bet but it probably would have been pizzas instead of sandwiches lol Anyways I totally read the whole blog in like 2 days (she on sandwich 199 right now) - while this recipe didn't come from her website it got me in the mood to make eddie a sandwhich for lunch. Spicy Turkey Panini Ingredients: Ciabatta Bread Spicy Sandwich Spread Pepper Jack Cheese Deli sliced Turkey Directions: 1) Slice bread into a large sandwich sized piece then slice down the middle 2) Spread the spicy sandwich spread on both sides of the bread 3) Add Cheese and Meat 4) Cook in a Panini Maker or in a fry in a pan untill bread is brown and crispy and cheese is melted NOTE: When making any kind of grilled sandwich or panini...

Salad Kits

On Pinterest Salads in Mason Jars keep coming up as a popular pin. Sounds like a good idea to have everything all right there and just having to shake but I still think that it will all get soggy sitting in the dressing all week While I was grocery shopping last week I found little mini dip containers with a lid (similar to what you would get at a fast food restaurant) and thought those would be a better idea So I purchased the little dip containers along with all my salad fixings - premade the salads in containers with the dip and threw them in the fridge Was super surprised that I actually did end up eating more salad last week and seriously only took like 5 minutes to put it all together Here's an example of my "Salad Kits"
