Chubby Hubby Cookies

I have more recipes pinned on Pinterest then I will probably ever use but my favorite board is Cookies and Bars - Browsing through it the other day I found a Recipe for Chubby Hubby Cookies that had Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter Chips, and Crushed Pretzels mixed in . . .

I thought to myself why would I pin that? Pretzels in Cookies didn't really sound that good to me so I joking asked Eddie if he'd want Cookies with  Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter Chips, and Crushed Pretzels and he was super excited about it sooooo I guess that's why I pinned it lol

Anyways we gave these mix ins a shot using my plain cookie dough recipe and surprisingly they are super good. The Pretzels give it a salty sweet element with a little bit of crunch that you don't normally get with a cookie

Chubby Hubby Cookies

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

Pumpkin Butter

I have had pumpkin puree sitting in my freezer since I last made pumpkin seeds with no clue what to do with it.

I need to bring appetizers and snacks to thanksgiving this year so when I came across this recipe for Pumpkin Butter on HonestlyYUM I thought this would be perfect

It took a whole lot longer to make than the recipe made it out to be but luckily the slow cooker did all the work

Pumpkin Butter
4 cups Pumpkin Puree (or 32 oz)
3/4 cup Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
cinnamon sugar

1) Place all ingredients but salt and cinnamon sugar into a crock pot
2) Cook on high until mixture thickens up like peanut butter
3) Add Salt and Cinnamon Sugar towards the end if it tastes like it is missing something

-I used frozen homemade pumpkin puree but canned would work too
-Maybe it was because I used frozen puree but it took 11 hours for my mixture to thicken then another hour to completely cool

Stuffed Brownies

Eddie's Brother Luke's 16th Birthday was the other night so we wanted to make him a yummy dessert
I had Eddie go through my Pinterest Dessert Board and he picked out these stuffed brownies that looked super awesome but of course didn't have a recipe linked to them but instead another picture.

Luckily the picture was pretty self explaintory so we bought ingredients, tried it out, and OMG soooooooooo good

Stuffed Brownies
Brownie Mix (Prepared)
Peanut Butter

3) Serve with your favorite Hot Dog Toppings (we choose bbq sauce)

Crystal Light Mojitos

Me and Eddie love drink mixes - whether it is crystal light or new soda stream flavors we always have something new around the house

While the Soda Stream Alcoholic Drink Mixes haven't quite been the best we have LOVED the Crystal Light ones especially the mojito . . . heres how we mixed up our drinks the other night

Crystal Light Mojitos
1) Pour Captain Morgan Silver Rum about 1/4 the way up 2) Add a splash of Peppermint Torani 3) Then add Crystal Light Mojito Mix 4) Fill Pitcher with Water and stir until combined

Spicy Meatball Subs

This recipe has been sitting on my fridge since I made it. I have had a few hesitations about blogging it because
1) Its a ton of ingredients and lot of steps - which i'm not usually fond of
