Coffee Break: White and Dark Mocha

Eddie has found his new Favorite Coffee Drink known as a White and Dark Revolver at Beans and Brews -- it is a 5 shot iced latte that he gets made with both White and Dark Chocolate Mocha Syrup and Eddie Cannot Get Enough

As a special Treat i tried to make it for him the other day and while it wasn't exactly the same Eddie has been asking me to make it for him every morning since :)


White and Dark Mocha
Ingredients:
Espresso
Dark Chocolate
White Mocha Coffee Creamer
Milk

Directions for Eddie's Version: 
1) Place a Piece of Dark Chocolate into a cup Brew 5 Shots of Espresso and let Sit until Chocolate Melts
2) Place Espresso Chocolate Mixture into a cup filled with ice
3) Top with equal parts Creamer and milk

Directions for Sabrina's Cold Version:
1) Place a Piece of Dark Chocolate into a cup Brew 2-3 Shots of Espresso and let Sit until Chocolate Melts
2) Place Espresso Chocolate Mixture into a cup filled with ice
3) Top with Milk and a Splash of Creamer

Homemade Hash Browns

After having so many people over for Easter last year it seems lonely only being me and Eddie this year

However that did stop us from putting a giant ham in the smoker this morning and I also decided to make Eddie Breakfast with homemade Hash Browns to liven things up a bit

They were surprisingly easy to make and only a little longer than frozen

Hash Browns
Ingredients:
1 potato
2 tbsp butter
pepper
paprika

Directions:
1) Peel and Grate Potato
2) Add Butter to a Pan and melt over medium heat
3) Add Potatoes and Smash Down into a Flat Layer
4) Cook for about 5 minutes
5) Flip and Cook for 3-5 more
