Easy Banana Bread

As much as I love it I have never made Banana Bread before but I had a few bananas I left go too long and I found a really easy recipe on  Favorite Family Recipes  so I figured I'd give it a shot and soooo happy I did Banana Bread Ingredients: 1 cup Sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup butter 3 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup Nuts 1 1/2 cups flour 3 bananas Directions: 1) Pre Heat Oven to 325 degrees 2) Mix together everything but the flour and bananas 3) Slowly Add in Flour 1/2 cup at a time 4) Add in Bananas (mix only a little if you want chunks - a lot if no chunks) 5) Pour into a bread pan 6) Bake for about 1 hour or until knife in middle comes out clean

Takeout Copy Cat - Fried Rice

While Eddie was gone on a work trip I decided to be lazy and not go grocery shopping but instead eat all the food we had in the house - surprisingly we had a TON and i was able to make some yummy meals including this takeout copy cat fried rice Takeout Copy Cat - Fried Rice Ingredients:  3 Tbsp Oil 2 eggs 1/4 cup shredded Carrot 1 clove garlic (chopped) 1 tsp Onion Powder Red Chile Pepper Flakes 1 tsp Ground Ginger 3 cups cooked rice 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp sesame oil salt and pepper Directions: 1) Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan and scramble eggs seasoning with salt and pepper 2) Remove Egg and wipe out pan 3) Add 2 more tbsp of oil into the pan with the carrots, garlic, onion powder, red chile flakes and ginger and cook for about 2 minutes on medium high heat 4) Add Rice, soy sauce and sesame oil and cook for about 3 more minutes on medium stirring to combine all ingredients 5) Taste and season with extra salt and peeper if needed
