4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Who doesn't love recipes with only a few ingredients? I am obsessed with them!! Not sure where I found this recipe for 4 ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies but I do know that the day I wanted to make them was the day our oven surged and left us without an oven for a week while waiting for the new one to be delivered So when our oven came this morning I kinda wanted to leave it shiny and new but Eddies been craving anything BAKED so first thing I made was these cookie 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients 1 cup Peanut Butter 1 cup Sugar 1 Egg Chocolate (chips, m&m, pieces, whatever) Directions 1) Pre Heat Oven to 350 2) Mix all ingredients together 3) Place by spoonful onto a cookie sheet or muffin pan 4) Bake for 10 to 20 minutes NOTES: -Using the square muffin tin I needed 18 minutes for how thick they were on a cookie sheet they should cook faster -They are a little crumbly so careful while eating but overall they were yu...

Reese's Peanut Butter Egg Cookies

I threw an event at work saturday and didn't realize until midday sunday that I forgot the leftover chocolate in my car. Normally this wouldn't be that big of a deal but 1) it was good chocolate (reese's peanut butter eggs) and 2) it has actually started to get hot FINALLY!! and the chocolate was melted. Eddie wanted me to make cookies to bring to work Wednesday so I decided to freeze the peanut butter eggs, cut them up, and throw them into a cookie :) Reese's Peanut Butter Egg Cookies Ingredients: 1 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 12 Reese's Eggs (chopped) Directions: 1) Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees 2) Cream butter and sugars 3) Add Egg and vanilla 4) Add Flour  (1 cup at a time), baking soda, and salt 5) Stir in Reese's Eggs 6) Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes NOTE: -Mix makes about 46 cookie
