Biggest Pizza Ever

While trying to replicate the Big Vinnie Pizza for Eddie I ended up making the biggest pizza ever. It takes a little big of extra time but if you are looking for a Big Deep Dish Style Pizza this one is definitely yummy

Eddies Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredients:
2 pizza crust dough
1/2 stick butter
pizza sauce
Oregano
Basil
Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Powder
Pepperoni

Directions:
1) Double crust recipe (View my recipe here)
2) Let stand 30 minute while oven preheats to 350
3) Melt half stick of butter and pour into bottom of a cast iron skillet leaving a little for top of crust
4) Add dough to skillet - press to fill whole pan 
5) Brush with remaining butter then top with garlic paste 
6) Cook for 30 minutes
7) Take out of skillet put on pizza stone
8) Add sauce + oregano and basil
9) Add cheese + garlic powder
10) Add pepperoni
11) Add cheese
12) Bake for 20 minutes
13) Broil top for 2 minutes

Copy Cat - Wingers Rebel Sauce

Since getting a fryer as a wedding present - Fried Naked Wings have definitely made their place into our favorite dinner/party foods. Here in Utah we have a restaurant called Wingers that has one of the best sweet, sticky, spicy sauces that we have ever tried. Wingers does sell their original sauce at the various grocery stores in the area but being the spice lovers that we are we prefer it a little bit spicier (AKA Rebel sauce at the restaurant) which is not sold in stores. However thanks to Pinterest I have found a few copy cat recipes on  Chef in Training  and  Six Sisters Stuff  that feature the original recipe and have adjusted them into a spicier version. Reese's Peanut Butter Egg Cookies

I threw an event at work saturday and didn't realize until midday sunday that I forgot the leftover chocolate in my car. Normally this wouldn't be that big of a deal but 1) it was good chocolate (reese's peanut butter eggs) and 2) it has actually started to get hot FINALLY!! and the chocolate was melted. Eddie wanted me to make cookies to bring to work Wednesday so I decided to freeze the peanut butter eggs, cut them up, and throw them into a cookie :) Reese's Peanut Butter Egg Cookies Ingredients: 1 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 12 Reese's Eggs (chopped) Directions: 1) Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees 2) Cream butter and sugars 3) Add Egg and vanilla 4) Add Flour  (1 cup at a time), baking soda, and salt 5) Stir in Reese's Eggs 6) Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes NOTE: -Mix makes about 46 cookie
