Roasted Corn

While Eddie is trying to eat Low Sodium I am trying to eat more Veggies

I've been taking Salads for Lunch and trying to pair dinner with some kind of Vegetable

The other day I found frozen corn in the freezer

So I. . .

1) Pre Heated the Oven to 425 Degrees
2) Threw the corn on a baking sheet
3) Tossed it with with olive oil, salt, and pepper
4) Baked for about 20 minutes

Turned out Pretty Awesome and think I will try a few other frozen vegetables this way
