What's Cookin? Pressure Cooker Teriyaki Chicken

The Pressure Cooker from my Aunt was one of the best gifts we have ever gotten. The fact that it can get dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes is just crazy!! I also love that it doubles or triples as a rice cooker AND slow cooker as well. Seriously AMAZING.

For dinner the other night I used it twice (first to make rice) then this yummy chicken and still had dinner cooked in less than and hour AND before Eddie was home from work . . . WIN WIN
