Pickled Easter Eggs

Every Easter I can remember my Grandma has made Pickled Eggs. While I never actually have tried them (until this year) I decided to surprise my Grandma with a batch made just for her :)

Pickled Easter Eggs 

8 eggs hard boiled and peeled
1 can of beet juice
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1) Place eggs in a plastic or glass container with lid
2) Bring beet juice, vinegar, sugar, water, and cinnamon to a boil
3) Pour mixture into container with eggs
4) Let sit until ready to serve
