Baked Wings

I finally figured out baked wings!!! Grilled wings will always be my favorite but these came out nice and crunchy and were a great alternative

Baked Wings

Chicken Wings
Wing Sauce

1) Place Wings on top of a rack on a cookie sheet
2) Broil wings on low for 20 minutes per side
3) flip and do the first side for an extra 10 if needed

-They aren't quite baked but instead broiled and you NEED to have them on some kind of rack in order to get crispy this is the only away they can drain of the excess moisture and get a nice crunch without the rack they just get soggy no matter how long you cook them
Both sides are on racks the right side is just a darker rack and doesn't stand out as much
