We have been eating a lot of wings lately so I decided to try a new wing sauce to mix things up a big Honey Chile Wing Sauce Ingredients: 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup honey 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Directions:  1) Simmer red pepper flakes and rice vinegar in a saucepan for 1 minute 2) Add in Honey and Soy Sauce 3) Toss Wings in Sauce Adapted From:  Food and Wine

Chicken has always been a big part of mine and Eddie's Diet but it can getting boring sometimes . . . over the next few weeks I'll be sharing some new marinades and recipes I'm trying to mix things up a bit Spicy Food has always been a favorite for me and Eddie yet we never really got into the Siracha Craze Everyone else is. I have had a bottle of Siracha style sauce in the fridge for a while that I used for copy cat San Tung Wings so when I kept seeing Siracha Lime coming up as a flavor profile on Pinterest I figured why not give it a try Siracha Lime Chicken Paired Chicken with Eddies New Favorite Wine Ste Chapelle Merlot Ingredients: Chicken Breast Siracha  2 limes Directions: 1) Place Chicken Breast in a Ziplock bag with a big squirt of siracha (i probably used about 1/2 cup for 3 breasts) 2) Quarter limes and squeeze lime over breasts and throw the rinds right into the bag too 3) Marinate over night and grill for 20 minutes per side over m...

Spicy Noodles

On pinterest I keep seeing a ton of recipes for using Top Ramon Noodle in a new way. Yesterday for lunch i decided to try for my self with a spicy soy mixture and the outcome was surprising good Spicy Noodles Ingredients: Top Ramon Noodles (or Spaghetti would work too) 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Siracha 1 tbsp Brown Sugar Directions: 1) Cook Noodles and Drain 2) Add Soy, Siracha, Sugar, and Noodles back in the pan and heat until noodles soak up the liquid to your desired consistency NOTE: -The longer you let the noodle sit the more liquid they will soak up -Sauce Recipe is for 1 but can easily be made for more -I added Chicken to my Noodles feel free to substitute or leave out

Cajun Chicken

Chicken has always been a big part of mine and Eddie's Diet but it can getting boring sometimes . . . over the next few weeks I'll be sharing some new marinades and recipes I'm trying to mix things up a bit With Madi Gras just a few day ago I have had my eye on a blackened cajun chicken recipe and thought this would be the perfect time to try it . . . I'm glad I did it was delicious and eatten up super quick Cajun Chicken Ingredients: Chicken Breast Olive Oil 1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp thyme 1/4 tsp basil 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder Directions: 1) Place Chicken Breast into a Ziplock Bag and cover with olive oil 2) Add Seasonings and Marinate for at least 1 hour 3) Grill for 20 minute per side over medium heat NOTE: -I served my Chicken with Brown Rice and Corn -Recipe Adapted From: flavormosaic.com/cajun-blackened-chicken/

Tuscan Chicken

Chicken has always been a big part of mine and Eddie's Diet but it can getting boring sometimes . . . over the next few weeks I'll be sharing some new marinades and recipes I'm trying to mix things up a bit I had a ton of lemons the other day so I decided to use them as a chicken marinade with a few other ingredients I had lying around. The end product was sooo good I ended up making this two nights in a row Tuscan Chicken Ingredients: Chicken Breast 1 Lemon 1 clove of garlic per breast Italian Seasoning Olive Oil Directions: 1) Place Chicken Breast in a zip lock bag 2) Quarter a lemon and squeeze juice over chicken and toss the rind in the bag too 3) Chop up one clove of garlic per breast and add that to the bag 4) Sprinkle Generously with Italian Seasoning and enough Olive Oil to coat all the breasts 5) Marinate all day then grill for 20 minutes each side over 350 degree Heat

Have you guys tried Trader Joe's Soyaki yet? I picked up a bottle the other day and this stuff is soooo good! You can use it in a quick stir fry or marinate your chicken in it and grill it Totally going to buy this again
