Italian Holiday Appetizer #1: Cannellini and Rosemary Dip
I love throwing a themed holiday party on Christmas Eve each year for Eddie's Family. Growing up as a family we always celebrated Christmas Eve with my Aunt Rose so when we moved to Utah it didn't feel right not doing anything - Hense Christmas at the Aced every Christmas Eve
This years Theme is Italian Christmas Pizza Party
Going simple with the appetizers going to toast up a baguette and serve it with a ton of dips, meat, cheese, and olives
Ingredients:
1 can of Cannellini or white beans (drained
Juice of 1/2 a lemon (1 1/2 tbsp)
2 tsp rosemary
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
In a food processor mix everything together - add more olive oil and salt if needed
