NYE 2015 Recipe 3: Cannellini Dips
After a big Christmas Eve Party for New Years Eve we are keeping it light and easy with appetizers, small bites, and dessert
One of the Popular Appetizers I made for Christmas Eve was the Cannellini Dip. I kept the classic Rosemary and decided to mix it up with another flavor as well (Garlic Chiptole)
1 can of Cannellini or white beans (drained
Juice of 1/2 a lemon (1 1/2 tbsp)
2 tsp rosemary
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
In a food processor mix everything together

1 can Chipotle Peppers in Adobo (drain the adobo)
